Motorhome Information
- Management of the motorhome is through St Kilda Station. Conveners are, Ben Pitelen, Kerry McNamara, Keith Maydon
- Social Club members can assist and supervise the signing-out and checking in of each user as required.
- The process of booking the motorhome is as follows.
- Applications are to be lodged on the application form and faxed or delivered to St Kilda Station. Attn. Ben Pitelen, or placed in the Motorhome wall box in the office.
- Applications will be recorded on a wall planner so and on the website , so that members will be able to view all applications that may go into a ballot, if required.
- The maximum time will be an 8 day period during school holidays, to allow as many club members the opportunity to use the Motorhome over popular times.
- Exceptions may be made to this 8 day period if there are no other applications for the periods each side of the booking.
- Conflicting bookings will be resolved by ballot, conducted, 4months before the Dec/Jan period and 3 months for all other periods.

- Any time not allocated in a ballot is available for casual bookings. This could be added to a balloted booking to extend the time of use.
- Casual Bookings can be made after the ballot. The wall planner/website should show the confirmed bookings. Check this to find any free times.
- All bookings must be confirmed by payment of a deposit / bond of $650 to cover the insurance excess and any maintenance costs should the need arise as a result of the hirer’s liability.
- Daily charge includes LPG use.
- A bike rack will be available soon, to carry 4 bikes.
